Debt collection — I.C. System, Inc. (MD)

Debt is not yours. During my regular visit for XXXX XXXX I was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX and referred to XXXX XXXX in XXXX Maryland. After examination I was told a procedure needed to be done to me to treat my gum, I believe was XXXX XXXX treatmen and was told to wait for few weeks for my Insurance approval. After the insurance approval my co payment was going to be only {$1000.00} and the rest would be covered by the insurance, unfortunately that was not the case, after the procedure was done I was charged {$3100.00}, I did not agree to these charges, I contacted my insurance and was told they paid the treatment which made me to believe the bill was settled.
