Non-sufficient funds and associated fees. There was a maintenance fee of {$8.00} being posted on my saving account. Yet, my account had over {$500.00} balance at the end of statement cycle, which should have waived the maintenance fee. When I called the customer support, they said the fee was due to the fact that there were some days in the beginning of the statement cycle that my account balance was below {$500.00}. However, later in the same statement cycle, my deposit transaction went through and the balance was above {$500.00} for majority of the remaining statement cycle. No where in the fee schedule, did it mention that account balance has to be over {$500.00} for each day of the statement cycle.
