Despite presenting clear evidence of this cancellation, both TransUnion continue to report the account from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. ( XXXX XXXX - Account XXXX. XXXX ) as active and derogatory. The account was verified through automated systemsspecifically e-OSCARwithout any manual investigation or supporting documentation, which directly violates my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This reporting is inaccurate and misleading because the IRS has recognized this amoun
