Debt collection — CL Holdings LLC (MI)

Debt is not yours. I am submitting this complaint against Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC for violating my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( c ). I formally requested in writing that they cease all communications with me regarding an alleged debt. Despite this, they have continued to contact me. I cited XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) and XXXX v. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX Cir. XXXX ) to support my cease and desist request. Their continued communication constitutes harassment and a violation of the FDCPA. I request that you investigate this matter and hold them accountable. I want all communications to stop and the account to be removed from any credit reporting.
