Company closed your account. In early 2024, I updated my address, initially entering an incorrect unit number, which I CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. On XXXX/24 at XXXX XXXX PST, I received a second notice from Wells Fargo about missing or inaccurate information, requesting address verification. On XXXX/24 at XXXX XXXX PST, I was notified that my account had been closed at XXXX XXXX PST due to Wells Fargo 's action, not insufficient funds. I contacted customer service, and by XXXXXXXX XXXX PST, I received CONFIRMATION THAT MY ADDRESS HAD BEEN UPDATED for both my savings and credit card. Despite this, Wells Fargo closed my savings account, while my credit card account update processed without issue. They also sent checks to my updated address without concern.
