Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (IL)

Account status incorrect. In early XXXX, I submitted multiple formal disputes to Experian regarding two alleged 30-day late payments reported in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card. Despite these disputes, Experian returned the status as " Remains '' without providing legally required supporting documentation. Experian failed to conduct a lawful reinvestigation under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), did not supply billing records or payment ledgers, and did not show proof that I was notified of delinquency. These failures violate FCRA 611, 623, and 607, the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA 1637 ), and the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA 5531 ).
