Checking or savings account — NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (SC)

Deposits and withdrawals. I deposited a us treasury check into my savings account on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX. I was told the deposit would be available on XX/XX/XXXX. Its not XXXX XXXX and the hold is still in place without any explanation. I wasnt even granted the standard XXXX allowed for deposits. Ive been a member of this bank since XXXX. Im frustrated because no one is giving me any information as to why and how long this process would take.
