PayPal employee, without my consent and knowledge, has allowed himself to open 3 cases on my behalf regarding a dispute with the seller of the housing service. PayPal has not responded to my kind Urgent Request for Review Procedural Violation and Denial of Dispute Rights. In their letter provided information that has nothing to do with my complaint.
