Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I previously disputed a derogatory account with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( Account ending in XXXX ) on my Experian credit report. The account remains on my file, and Experian claims the item was verified, but no documentation was provided under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) or 611. I am requesting removal or proper validation of this tradeline. No signed contract, full account history, or legal authority to report this derogatory status has been shown. The continued reporting without substantiation violates my rights under both FCRA and FDCPA. Additionally, Experian failed to provide me with the method of verification, which is required under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ).
