Deposits and withdrawals. A mobile deposit was made a few days ago and you all are not releasing those funds for another week. There is a family emergency and we need to be able to access those funds today to take care of that. It's an EMERGENCY. I don't want to resort to having to file a complaint with the XXXX and CFPB but there has to be another solution to expedite this process. Unreasonable assumptions that we are depositing a fraudulent check, not making any reasonable efforts to address these concerns with us, and stating nothing can be done to help is egregious and upsetting. Especially when a customer is experiencing a financial emergency or hardship.
