Problem with paying off the loan. I sent in a payoff, and it shows received on XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I try to get a payoff letter. It shows an additional payment on XXXX. XXXX, in order to avoid refunding me the overpayment. I keep getting the runaround of who I have to call and they don't have an email address.. I have yet to receive a formal notice up overpayment.From hyundai motor finance. Their actions lead me to believe they're going to use some attempt to keep the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars that they owe me.
