Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have disputed multiple times XXXX accounts with all bureau to investigate, only Experian took off the collections in error. The vehicle was a total loss and I included a declaration page and investigation page from insurance which stated it was paid off. Both bank and insurance were paid and this has not been corrected.
