On XX/XX/XXXX the {$250.00} was deposited to my account after several calls to Citi Bank. Today I opened an account with another bank and they advised me of a reporting by Citi Bank for " Account Abuse ''. I have made several calls to XXXX to resolve the issue and they can't find the information on the report. On XX/XX/XXXX around XXXXXXXX XXXX PTD I was speaking with XXXX and requested a supervisor and supervisor XXXX placed me on hold, while on hold the call was disconnected and they did not call back.
