Reporting company used your report improperly. I am a victim of a data breach which I file complaints with XXXX on many occasions for this issue. I believe they pretended like they done an investigation and didn't do it properly. I have discovered many violations and fraud including identity theft against my consumer credit report. I have disputed these accounts and issues before and these issues is still in major violations of my consumer rights. The consumer reporting agency and XXXX, is in violation of the Privacy Act of 1974, Fair Credit Reporting Act and According to IRS publication accounts that are charged off/sold off are considered certificate of indebtedness which is income and income can not be reported on my consumer credit report. All charged off accounts are to be delete
