Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I was shocked to discover an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report today, and I dont understand why its there. I always monitor my credit report, yet this time, an unfamiliar entry appeared out of nowhere. I even refreshed my browser multiple times, but the issue persisted. This is completely unacceptable, and I need it addressed without delay. I am requesting a thorough review of my submitted documents to ensure this never happens again.
