I am filing this complaint against TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax for their failure to correct persistent inaccuracies on my credit reports, despite multiple disputes, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have repeatedly disputed these inaccuracies with all three credit bureaus over multiple instances, and each time, they have claimed to conduct a proper investigation, verifying and updating my report to the " highest accuracy. '' However, my credit report remains highly inaccurate, with no deletions of the disputed items as required by the FCRA.
