Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. We disputed a charge with the bank/Citi Bank and described the whole situation but what the company responded was clearly not about the case. The reason of disputing the charge : We checked in a hotel on XX/XX/XXXX and checked out on XX/XX/XXXX. We're asked to pay {$55.00} resort fee and deposit. The morning when we're checking out, the hotel charged us {$610.00} in total for falsely accused us of XXXX in the room as the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX event while we've been XXXX our whole life. Plus, we didn't hear any detector went off. The only thing we did in the room was taking a shower and sleeping.
