Credit reporting — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

Investigation took too long. I have been disputing my credit report with Equifax for several years to no avail. I filed a complaint with the XXXX of XXXX ( complaint # XXXX ). Concerning my XXXX complaint, Equifax 's never answered my complaint as to why their company failed to investigate my dispute within the FCRA set 30 day time period. XX/XX/XXXX, I sent A Demand for Arbitration letter to Equifax Legal. I frustrated and upset that I was given a reply by Equifax that my identification information did not match their records. Although I have identifying information on file with Equifax, there was no requirement ( legal or otherwise ) to send identification information with the Demand letter.
