On XX/XX/year>2025, I received a response from Midland that failed to meet legal validation requirements under the FDCPA and FCRA. The documents provided did not include a signed contract, proof of assignment, or itemized accountingonly generic billing statements. Furthermore, the letter Midland claims to have mailed was dated XX/XX/scrub> 2025, a Sunday when their office was closed, indicating the response may have been backdated to mislead. Midland continues to report this unvalidated debt to the credit bureaus despite my certified disputes.
