Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (WA)

Account status incorrect. XXXXXXXX XXXX took two interest payments out of our account on XX/XX/year>. They finally refunded our account the extra payment and then the reported a 30 day late payment to all the credit bureaus. The mistake was made by XXXXXXXX XXXX and they have admitted to it in writing. They have subsequently NOT reversed the incorrect information and keep telling us that it is in the credit bureaus hand. This is unacceptable. They have impacted our credit rating immensely and we have lost almost 100 points.
