I recently received a notification stating that my American Express account ending in XXXX has been canceled due to alleged misuse, with no possibility of reinstatement or retrieval of my Membership Rewards points. However, I was not given any specific details regarding the nature of this " misuse. '' I have been a loyal American Express customer since 2000, diligently earning and accumulating over XXXX XXXX reward points over the past decade. I am deeply concerned and disappointed by the sudden cancellation of my account and the forfeiture of my points without any clear explanation. I have already reached out to customer service for clarification, but I was not provided with a satisfactory response. I respectfully request a detailed explanation of why my a
