Impersonated attorney, law enforcement, or government official. In XXXX of XXXX, I cancelled WiFi service from XXXX, which was not and never worked properly. I requested a refund for the last XXXX months prior to cancellation, for failure to provide service. I spoke with numerous reps at XXXX both on the phone and at a local store. They finally confirmed my cancellation in XXXX, apologized for the failure of service and sent me documents to return the equipment. I returned the equipment and they sent confirmation of the return and that the account had a XXXX balance.
