Despite proper disputes and completed investigations, the following accounts continue to report inaccurate information : XXXX : Account Number : XXXX I submitted disputes regarding this account to all three bureaus. XXXX and TransUnion have completed their investigations and removed this account from my credit report. XXXX continues to report this account despite the deletions by the other two bureaus, indicating inconsistent and potentially negligent reinvestigation procedures in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1
