Reporting company used your report improperly. I am reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX for continuing to report a fraudulent collection account on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX. in the amount of {$620.00}. I disputed this account in writing multiple times at this point, and have provided an Identity Theft Report along with all required documentation. XXXX XXXX has failed to validate the debt or remove the account. They are in violation of the FDCPA and FCRA, including Section 605B. I am requesting immediate removal of the account and investigation of this matter.
