Credit reporting — EQUIFAX, INC. (WA)

Information is not mine. I have disputed several items on my credit report that are the result of someone using my information for XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I have a phone through XXXX XXXX and have had cable at my address for several years in my wife 's name. I have disputed these items several times and called XXXX XXXX XXXX etc. and they have removed these due to fraud. Yet a collection agency still is trying to collect for all of these. I want them removed ... .or proof of my drivers lisence used with my picture on it. All of the phone companies and cable company do not require photo id ... .and these are not mine. I want proof this is me, or remove them immediately. What ID was used to open these accounts???? Also XXXX XXXX XXXX?? There is not even a XXXX XXXX X
