Voluntary repossession. SUBJECT : Request for Action Regarding USAA Loan Rescission, Credit Reporting and Voluntary Repossession Processes On XX/XX/XXXX USAA financed two vehicles I purchased from a Texas dealer that engaged in multiple serious violations, including fraudulent misrepresentation, deceptive trade practices, unauthorized charges, Truth In Lending Act violations and criminal negligence. These violations have directly harmed me financially, led to ongoing vehicle issues, and currently forcing me into an involuntary financial decision that will damage my credit unless action is taken.
