Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I am filing a complaint regarding multiple unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit reports with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. I did not authorize, apply for XXXX with, or give any permission to the companies listed below to access my credit. These inquiries were done without my verbal, written, or electronic consent, and there is no permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681b. These unauthorized inquiries are damaging my credit and are a violation of my rights under the FCRA.
