Reporting company used your report improperly. I am the victim of identity theft. Several fraudulent accounts, collections, and inquiries have been reported under my name, Social Security number, and other personal identifiers without my knowledge or authorization. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter, these false records remain on my credit reports, damaging my financial standing and preventing me from accessing credit. I have submitted an affidavit of identity theft and have requested that these items be removed or investigated immediately.
