Reporting company used your report improperly. I previously filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) regarding unauthorized inquiries on my credit report. The reference number for that complaint is [ FTC Complaint Number XXXX ], filed on [ FTC Complaint Date XX/XX/XXXX ] My credit report contains unauthorized inquiries that were made without my consent. Upon contacting the creditors responsible for these inquiries, they confirmed they have no evidence that I initiated these inquiries and lack any written or verbal authorization from me. Due to the lack of valid grounds for these inquiries, I formally requested their immediate removal. The credit bureau in question has not provided a satisfactory response, which is why I filed a complaint with the FTC. Details
