Account information incorrect. Bank of America has failed to conduct a proper investigation. They have violated 15 usc 1681s-2b A-E and they have not even considered all relevant information regarding the dispute because the inaccuracies are all the same still. This account was also not even marked as disputed on my credit reports so this is a clear indication that these disputes were not processed correctly. This is a violation of 1681n and 1681o for being negligent and willfully non compliant. These debts are also been securitized in a trust so Bank of America does not even own the debt anymore. Which is another inaccuracy for putting on my credit report.
