I requested to block items per fcra 605b. as of XX/XX/year> cra has not notified me but their reps told me my complaint was not received. united states postal service certified receipt indicates they received complaint packet on XX/XX/year>. again, i request CRA or CFPB : XXXXimmediately block items, XXXXconduct thorough investigation ; XXXXnotify me of progress and results. in phone calls to Experian on XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> Experian reps deny receiving my FTC Affidavit packet.
