Reporting company used your report improperly. I have discovered that my personal information was used without my authorization to open accounts and conduct transactions that I did not initiate. I strongly assert that these accounts and transactions are fraudulent, resulting from identity theft or fraud. Despite promptly reporting this issue to the appropriate authorities and the involved companies, the matter remains unresolved, and the fraudulent accounts and charges persist on my credit report.
