Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (AL)

Account status incorrect. XXXX/ Dept of Education is reporting multiple student loans to the credit bureaus without sending me a legal notice. Under FCRA Section 611, 623, and 609, I am entitled to debt validation, accurate reporting, and complete information. They have unlawfully re-aged debts by adding new data to accounts that are 9-18 years old. This appears to be unlawful re-aging of debt under FCRA section 605. I am requesting immediate and permanent removal if there isn't any proof of rehabilitation or a new contract. I have not entered into any new agreements that would restart this clock.
