Delay in processing application. To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint regarding discriminatory treatment by Bank of America. XXXX weeks ago, I applied for a credit card with a {$7000.00} credit line and was immediately approved. Before the card even arrived, I received a letter indicating potential fraud and was asked to call them. Upon receiving the card XXXX, I contacted Bank of America this morning to activate it. Despite verifying all of my information, they refused to activate the card in a normal manner. This is the second time this has happened ; XXXX year, I went through a similar ordeal, where I had to verify my identity in person at a bank branch.
