Credit reporting — EQUIFAX, INC. (OH)

Problem getting my free annual report. Was unable to retrieve my annual credit report from Equifax online. The questions were deceiving and there were some where i could have chosen more than XXXX correct answer. I also had a copy of another credit reporting agency so i knew the answers were correct. My wife also tried to get hers and had the same problem. I also sent in via mail the documents to show and all i got was more letters stating to send in more of the same documents. this happened XXXX.
