Personal information incorrect. I signed a contract with Opportun but I am now unsure if my correct legal name was ever used on the original agreement. I later discovered that Opportun changed the name on the account without my request, authorization, or any form of identity verification. At no point did I submit documentation to authorize a name change, and I was never notified that a change was being processed. I contacted Opportun and requested a copy of the original contract to confirm whether my legal name was ever listed correctly.
