Reporting company used your report improperly. In accordance with the fair credit report act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX Has violated my rights 15 U.S.C 1681b, I have the right to dispute inaccurate and unverifiable information thats on my credit bureaus and its coming back as updated and verified without a proper investigation. The company failed to send me any of the information I requested even with my other complaint they never sent verification of debt, the ORIGINAL Contract bearing my signature & explanation of the amount and how it was calculated.
