Company closed your account. I previously held a Lowes account, which was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, and subsequently transferred to Synchrony Bank. Prior to the closure, I overpaid the account by {$1000.00}. Synchrony Bank issued a refund check, which I did not receive until approximately a year later. By that time, the check was no longer valid and could not be cashed. Since then, I have contacted Synchrony Bank multiple times in an effort to recover the funds. Despite numerous follow-ups, the refund has not been reissued. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a Bank Supervisor named XXXX, who assured me the issue would be escalated. The account was officially settled on XX/XX/XXXX ; however, as of today, I have not received the {$1000.00} refund. I am requesting assistance in resolving this ma
