Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. After sending complaints here in CFPB these negative items are STILL reporting and my complaints have NEVER been resolved. I am a victim of identity theft. The information attached below, which appears on my credit report, DOES NOT relate to any transaction ( s ) that I have made. It is the result of identity theft. I've also called on MULTIPLE occasions regarding the negative items that are reported on my credit report. These accounts are NOT MINE. I am the primary consumer of the complaint and there is no third party involved. This complaint was not submitted in error.
