Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I am reporting inaccurate and damaging credit reporting by Comenity Bank. I paid off my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in full and confirmed a {$0.00} balance in XXXX. I did not use the card afterward. Two months later, I received a 60-day late payment ding on my credit due to a small surprise balance ( about {$5.00} ) that was never disclosed to me. I immediately paid the balance again, which had grown due to late fees. I confirmed my account was once again at {$0.00}. Now, Ive been hit with another false missed payment, and the balance has grown to {$63.00}. I have not used the card. Comenitys customer service was unhelpful and rude, and I was hung up on multiple times. Their online platform shows no curr
