Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NY)

Information is missing that should be on the report. For the past 3 months Equifax has been reporting a wrong information on my credit file and I dont know why they have been doing this.I tried to contact them twice that my credit file is wrong yet they dont care.How will Equifax keep reporting a wrong fico score on my credit file.
