Transaction was not authorized. On XXXX XXXX, I had lost my phone with my wallet case attached to it. It had my id and debit cards in it. I told them I wasnt able to report them around that day because I didnt have access to my phone number at the time and when I log into the website or app, I need to make sure I verify with either my phone number or email. I had over {$500.00} gone from my account and I report it as soon as I can but they told me that I have to wait until the charges were posted on my account. I reported it on XXXX XXXX and the case number is ending in XXXX. I had some transactions post on my account but not all because they said it was authorized.
