Account information incorrect. I contacted CAPITAL ONE regarding account number XXXX and they confirmed the amount owed is incorrect. This account is a secured credit card with a credit of {$300.00}. I gave them {$300.00} to open the account. The account had a balance of {$510.00}, capital one used the {$300.00} I have given them to open the account to pay off a large portion of the {$510.00}. That would mean I have an amount left of {$210.00} left to pay. I had set up a payment plan with them so it tracks the amount I have paid and what is owed. I have made 5 payments so far totaling {$130.00}. That would mean I have only {$84.00} left to pay. However, my banking app says I owe {$180.00}. I spoke with Capital One Agent ID XXXX XXXX regarding this secure card and he confirmed this account
