Billing dispute. I bought what I thought was my FICO score from Experian in XXXX 2015. I paid {$4.00}. As it turns out I was enrolled in a credit monitoring program without my knowledge. I called and cancelled the program on XXXX XXXX, 2015 at XXXX XXXX EDT speaking with XXXX and her supervisor XXXX. They agreed to refund XXXX months premium of {$19.00} back to me but refused to refund the XXXX months premium. I feel I was slammed with this as I had no idea I was signing up for this service and only thought I was was buying my FICO score. I feel they are using deceptive practices to sell this monitoring program. They then make it as difficult as possible to elevate the problem to a higher level. I request that you investigate Experian 's business practices with regard to this and I would l
