Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. A fraud dispute was file with experian for the accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inside of the dispute verification of accounts were requested with full account history ( Payment history, Missed Payments, Accounting opening and closing dates ) were requested as well as contracts with a wet signature to verify authenticity of proper approved account opening. Accounts were never verified by collection agency, instead reporting agency Experian locked online disputing capabilities limiting my disputing only to verbal phone disputes.
