Student loan — Nelnet, Inc. (IL)

Problem with forgiveness, cancellation, or discharge. My student loans NELNET were transferred to another/different loan company that wasnt my original loan taker, I was not notified that I had upcoming payments because my loan was not on my credit, and I had my loan on forbearance. Now its saying Im 10 months late which is incorrect and my information has been given to another company which is considered XXXX
