Credit reporting — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (MD)

Account status. I had a XXXX Credit Account opened XX/XX/XXXX and always paid as agreed and closed in XX/XX/XXXX. Now XXXX is reporting negative on my Experian Credit Report. I started a investigation and around 3 days later Experian send me a email of completion. It seem to me that they are playing games and do n't want to remove this information. Can you all direct me to a Federal Agency that will take control of Experian and their lack of work.
