Account information incorrect. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a {$1100.00} payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Despite this, my credit report shows {$0.00} paid for XX/XX/XXXX and reports the account as 60 days past due. This is false. The same type of reporting error occurred in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In those cases, payments were made, but the balances increased or the payments were not reflected correctly. Some months are missing data entirely, which violates the requirement to report accurately and completely. I submitted a dispute through Experian asking for correction and an explanation. Experian did not correct the issue and did not provide a description of how the account was verified.
