Debt is not yours. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX to me Portfolio Recovery never informed me of their involvement with the alleged debt. The initial letter containing my right to dispute was sent to the wrong address, so I never received it and was not given a fair opportunity to respond. I have no knowledge of owing any debt, and I was denied the chance to address this issue early on. In XX/XX/XXXX, Portfolio Recovery filed a lawsuit against me and served it to an incorrect address as well. As a result, I had no idea I was being sued, and a judgment was entered against me without my knowledge. I only found out about the lawsuit when I received a call regarding wage garnishmentagain, without having been properly served or notified. It was only after this call that I b
