Account status. In 2009 we completed a chapter XXXX bankruptcy for credit card debt, we kept both our home and vehicles. We are still living in our home and are still paying for it, we also have since paid off the vehicle and still own that and hold the title for it. However on our credit report it is showing that we lost these things in bankruptcy.
